Mines is MonkeyTilt's take on the classic minefield — pick a board from a cozy 3×3 up to a sprawling 9×9, choose how many mines hide in it, and reveal tiles one by one. Every gem raises your multiplier, and the ladder under the board prices every pick before you make it. Cash out any time after your first gem — or push your luck one more tile.
Queue a reveal pattern and let autobet replay it round after round, and an open round survives reloads — the board restores exactly where you left it. Every layout is provably fair — verify any round, any time.
Nachweislich Fair
Every result is derived from a committed seed pair — not pulled from a black box. Here's how that works, and how to check any round yourself.
Locked In Before You Bet
- Before you can place a bet, the server commits to a secret seed by publishing its SHA-256 hash — a fingerprint that can't be forged.
- Because the seed is committed up front, the house can't tweak a result after your bet is placed — any change would break the fingerprint.
- The hash of the next server seed is published ahead of time too, so even rotating seeds can't be gamed.
Your Half of the Randomness
- Every result mixes three inputs: the committed server seed, a client seed you control, and a nonce that counts up by one with each bet.
- Change your client seed whenever you like from the game's Provably Fair panel — the server has no say in it.
- The server seed stays hidden while it's in play (you only see its fingerprint) — that's what keeps the next result unpredictable.
Check Any Round Yourself
- Rotate your seed pair in the game's Provably Fair panel and the server seed you were playing on is revealed in full.
- The panel's Verify tab replays any round from the revealed seed pair and nonce, confirming the outcome you saw is the one the math produces.
- You don't have to trust our verifier either — it hands you a self-contained code snippet you can run in any JavaScript console to re-derive the result.
How to Play Mines (Tilt Rips)
The Basics
- Choose your board size and how many mines hide in it, then hit BET to start the round.
- Tap tiles to reveal them. Every gem raises your multiplier — but reveal a mine and the round ends with your stake lost.
- The ladder under the board prices every gem count for your setup, so you always know what the next reveal is worth.
- Cash out any time after your first gem — the bet button becomes COLLECT and banks your bet times the current multiplier.
Risk & Payouts
- More mines mean rarer safe picks and richer multipliers — every extra reveal is riskier than the last but pays more.
- Boards run from 3×3 to 9×9 with anywhere from 1 mine to an almost-full field — you set the volatility.
- Reveal the last safe tile and the round banks your win automatically.
- Table limits apply to bet size and maximum payout — a round that reaches the payout cap collects on the spot.
Fair Play & Resume
- Mine positions are locked in the moment you bet and never change — your tap order can't move them.
- Every layout is provably fair: verify any finished round from the Provably Fair panel after rotating your seed.
- An open round survives reloads and disconnects — come back and the board restores exactly where you left it.
Autobet
- In Auto mode, tap tiles to queue a reveal pattern — each round replays it in order and collects on the last safe tile.
- Run a set number of rounds — or endlessly with ∞ — until you stop it.
- On Win and On Loss decide what happens after each round: reset to the base bet, or step the stake up or down by a percentage.
- Stop on Profit and Stop on Loss end the run automatically once your session is up or down by that amount.
